If You Are Using our Aeps (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) then you need to follow some istruction otherwise your id will be blocked permanently.

• You have to must a shop with your shop name banner.
• You have to maintain a register for aeps transaction.
• You enter correct details of customers like name and mobile ! don't use your mobile number in transaction you need to enter only customer mobile number.
• After successful transaction write the customer's details in the register and get the customer to sign it
• if customer make any complaint of any transaction then you need to give proof of cash given to customer. if you not give any proof then amount will be debit from your wallet .
• Follow that instruction for aeps if you not follow that instruction then your id will be blocked permanently and not give refund any amount of wallet .

Please do not refund user until we refund you , if you do so it will be your loss. Please dispute your transaction within 3 days of transaction date else we will not able to check that transaction. We have following two dispute system

It means if customer not received balance within 1 hr and want refund then make DISPUTE AND REFUND complain. It will maximize your chance to get it refund but it will not be 100% surety that you will get refund so please do not refund until we refund it.

It means if customer not received balance within 1 hr and want to make success that recharge then make DISPUTE AND REPROCESS complain. It will maximize your chance to get it success only if customer provided correct details

We do not have any wallet refund policy; funds transferred to us will never be refunded. Kindly test our services well before making any future transactions.

We reserve the right to modify or change any plan cost at any time without prior notification to customers. We also reserve the right to increase or decrease margins/surcharges on any operator at any time without prior notification. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend any customer account for violations of our terms and conditions, abuse, harassment, inactivity (no recharge balance for more than one year), or if services are used on non-B2B websites, portals, or apps. Pre-approval is required for B2C websites, portals, or apps. No refunds will be provided in all cases. If there is any remaining balance left in a customer’s account on our website, it will be converted to zero or nil, and no refund or redemption will be given. Additionally, one recharge transaction and one payment transaction are mandatory every 90 days. If a Bharat Jan Seva user has not completed any recharge or payment transactions in the last 90 days, their account will be automatically terminated or suspended by our system.

If any service requires an activation charge, that amount will not be refunded once the service has been activated.
